Since founding Cardinale Enterprises in 1983, Vito F. Cardinale has driven its growth into a premier real estate development firm in central New Jersey. A graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and the City University of New York with a BS in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, Vito has guided the company to focus on multi-use retail and residential projects.

Mr. Cardinale has held key roles in various organizations, including Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow) and the CentraState Health Foundation, where he supports the Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center. He also serves on the boards of the Jersey Shore Boy Scouts, the New Jersey Builders & Shore Builders Association, and the Monmouth County MSPCA.

Vito is a Life Member of Safari Club International, the NRA, and several other sporting organizations. He supports law enforcement through the NY Honor Legion, the 200 Club of Monmouth County, and as an Honorary Commander at the Joint Base.

Cardinale Enterprises has earned multiple awards under Vito's leadership, including the Shore Builders Association FAME Award, the Jersey Shore Boy Scouts Loyal Buffalo Award, and the SBCNJ Builder of the Year Award. Vito was recently inducted into the Joint Base Honorary Commander Program for the MAG 49 (Marine Aircraft Group).

Vito lives in Millstone, New Jersey and has two daughters, Crystal and Amanda, as well as two grandchildren, Julianna and Vincent.
